part of my thinks: aww, poor thing

the other part of my thinks: put an HID in the other one, fix the hood, get the motor to about 500HP, paint is army green, and youve got one BADASS sleeper

How much work does it take to change it from a 200hp 2JZGE to a 2JZGTE? I know you can get a header specifically made for a turbo but can the engine handle the power?

XD. to quickly answer ur question, i think the intake manifold needs to be replaces, headers, and something about the fueling and ECu needs to be done. but (apperently) the stock bottom end on the GE was better then the GTE? not sure where i heard it, but i distinctly remember something along those lines

Que? The GTE and GE have completely different heads. You can swap, but then you'd still need to tap the block for oil lines for the turbos so it's just easier to swap in an entire 2JZ-GTE. Not like they're expensive anymore.
